The line on this site is answered 24 hours a day, every day of the year, holidays included. Damage does not keep business hours and neither does the phone.
No charge for the call or the connection
This service is free to the homeowner. You are never invoiced by this site — the only money that changes hands is between you and the contractor you hire.
You are connected to a local independent contractor
You are put through to an independent contractor who holds whatever licences, registrations and permits this trade and New York require for the job, carries its own insurance, and actually works in Utica. Ask to see the paperwork before work starts — any contractor worth hiring expects the question.
Not the right contractor? Call again
Should the match go wrong, one more call puts you in touch with a different contractor. No fee, no form, no explanation needed beyond “that one did not work out”.
The part this service cannot promise
What this page does not do is guarantee the work itself. The contractors are independent; this site neither performs the work nor warrants it. Any workmanship guarantee comes from the contractor you hire, in writing, and it is worth asking for one.
